By accessing our website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Seller information

2. Scope
These Terms govern the contractual relationship for purchases made through our online store.
3. Ordering and conclusion of contract
- Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer.
- The contract is concluded when you place your order and receive our order confirmation by email.
- We may decline orders for legitimate reasons; any payment already made will be refunded.
4. Prices, discount codes and payment
- United States: prices are shown in USD; applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
- Europe: prices include VAT where applicable.
- Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
- Payment is processed by secure payment service providers.
- Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated; one code per order; no retroactive application.
5. Shipping and delivery
- Orders ship from the United States; if an item is out of stock locally, it may be shipped by our international logistics partner in China.
- Processing: usually up to 5 business days.
- Delivery: 4–18 business days depending on the shipping method, and up to 25 business days in exceptional cases (non-binding estimates). See our Shipping Policy for details.
- Split shipments are possible.
- Report damage in transit within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
6. Warranty and non-conformity
Statutory rights apply. In case of defects or non-conformity, repair or replacement takes priority, free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. A price reduction or cancellation applies only if these remedies are impossible or disproportionate.
7. Returns outside the right of withdrawal
Only as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy or with our prior approval as a goodwill gesture. Gift cards are non-refundable.
8. Product use and presentation
- Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on our website is not medical advice.
- Always read the ingredient list and instructions. We recommend a patch test before first use; stop using a product if irritation occurs and consult a professional if needed.
- Results vary from person to person.
- Packaging design and colours may differ slightly from the images shown; this is not a defect.
9. Customer obligations
- Provide correct shipping and contact details and a valid payment method.
- Costs arising from incorrect addresses, failed collection or redelivery may be charged.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for slight negligence is limited to essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract; indirect damages and loss of profit are excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
11. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, our obligations are suspended and/or deadlines are reasonably extended.
12. Retention of title
Goods remain the property of Yubiskin until full payment has been received.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
14. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The version published on our website, with its date of last change, applies.
